About me
Mike graduated from Lipscomb University in 1985 with a degree in Communications including a minor in Bible. He married the former Nancy Ericson in 1987 and their son, Braden, was born in 1989.
Mike preached in the Nashville area for several years before moving to the Memphis area in 1991 where he was the pulpit minister for a couple of congregations. During that time, he earned his Masters Degree from Amridge University.
In 2007 Mike began his current work with the Olive Branch congregation in north Mississippi as the pulpit minister.
Mike is currently involved with several radio and television ministries including:
* Radio program--Anchor of the Soul (WSM AM 650) and other outlets around the county.
* TV programs - Host of GBN LIve, Counterpoint with BJ Clarke, and Anchor of the Soul.
Mike recently has also joined forces with the publication Gospel Journal as a member of their Board of Directors
Mike enjoys traveling with his wife, Nancy, to various gospel meeting speaking engagements as well as lectureships across the country each year.
