About me
Will Brooks is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University (BS ‘02) and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (PhD ‘07). He has a background in cancer biology and has been on faculty at the Heersink School of Medicine at UAB for the past 11 years, primarily teaching gross anatomy and neuroanatomy. He currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Preclinical Education. His research interests lie in anatomical sciences education, disability awareness, and medical education research. Brooks worships at the Ashville Rd church of Christ in Leeds, AL where he serves as a shepherd. He is married to Jenni (Tindall) Brooks and has two daughters, Shelby and Rylee.
